Creating an experience
Outsourcing is a highly competitive industry and Costa Rica and Peru are not the exception. Providing great talent and keeping the projects on time, cost and quality is not good enough nowadays. As a matter of fact, if those are the only arguments for a company to compete, they will be defined to disappear soon.
We at Proximity understand that, even though these factors are key, they are only the minimum requirements a company like our shall offer.
We also understand that this is a business that is a matter of people working and interacting with people, so we focus our efforts on creating a great experience during those interactions, delivering constant value while we enjoy working together. The entire company is organized around the premise of providing creating a great experience for our clients the easiest way possible.
We understand that our clients, and the references they can give about us, are our best business card, and that is why we commit to provide a superior service, designing and nurturing long term relationships.
The following are just some of the comments made by our customers:
While we are quite early in the project I wanted to take a moment to remark how professional the team is. They make me want to work with them more every time I talk with them.
Stuard is the Man! He and I just absolutely crush together, it’s awesome Stuard just finished 2 weeks worth of work in 1 week and spent most of the day Saturday finishing up a project for a HUGE client that could end up being tons of work for years to come. I can’t tell you enough how happy I am with him. Great find. Thank you!.
We chose this past weekend as the first weekend for Victor to do his first production release of Us. It was the most significant release since we launched – a critical release full of important features and many database changes. As you may know, this weekend was also the first major outage (that I can remember) for Amazon AWS, where we host DI. This created a lot of problems.
Luckily for us, we had Victor! I wanted to make sure you know that he worked throughout the weekend to make sure the release was done, and despite the best efforts of Amazon to keep him from completing his goal, he got it done. Late last night our release was completed and as we’ve gone through it last night and today it looks to be in very good shape.
Victor deserves a lot of credit for sticking with the release and getting our new offering out on schedule. We’ve enjoyed working with him and as I told you last week, he now assumes the lead on development for our team. So far it’s been a job well done, and I wanted you to know about his effort over the weekend – he’s a great asset to your company –
To Proximity: I want to take an opportunity to mention and acknowledge the efforts Karlina has put as part of Integrations Team. She is hardworking, intelligent developer with steep learning curve. Most importantly, she is vested in finding solution and owns a problem till end.
I highly recommend her work. It has been pleasure working with her. Please do share it with her supervisors
FWIW – I am extremely pleased with the current team I have in place. Matter of fact, one of my Dev Leads had a very nice compliment on Maykol yesterday. Maykol stands out as an exceptional worker. My team holds an extraordinarily high standard, which makes this compliment on Maykol something to be proud of.
But, not to minimize the others…everyone does a great job.
Francis and Karlina are another two that seem to always stand out. Karlina regularly works odd hours with my team to knock out critical defects. I sincerely appreciate her efforts.
Manfred is always attentive and is a great team lead…someone I can depend on.
Juan and Laura are both very consistent, great communicators and a pleasure to have on the team.
If I had my way, I would keep this crew together and working for me for years to come.
Thank you for the excellent service. I am your biggest fan
